East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is a fully integrated acute and community healthcare provider, delivering services throughout East Sussex. The variety of rotations and opportunities to work cross county provides an ideal platform for band 5 physiotherapists to develop a wide range of skills to be successful within their chosen career.

The successful applicant will participate in our six monthly rotation scheme and will have the opportunity to work across a range of acute and community settings. The role involves close working with other members of the MDT, and requires motivation and skill to deliver the high quality services to the local population. Rotations on offer include respiratory, MSK outpatients (including hydrotherapy), neurology (including ABI and stroke rehabilitation), orthopaedics, amputee management, joint community rehabilitation, and older peoples rehabilitative services.

There is a comprehensive in-service education programme within the physiotherapy service and staff are encouraged to attend postgraduate courses.

Due to our proactive recruitment process we welcome applications from BSc and MSc students who are due to complete their physiotherapy course in early 2015.
