An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse position in our Critical Care Unit at ESHT, on either the Hastings (Conquest ) or Eastbourne (EDGH) site.

Are you enthusiastic, innovative and committed to maintaining high standards of nursing ? If so we would like to hear from you.
Cross site we have 19 Critical care beds comprising of 6 level 3 beds/5 level 2 beds at Conquest and 5 level 3 beds/3 level 2 beds at EDGH.

As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing individualised nursing care to critically ill patients with the cooperation of the multidisciplinary team. Care reflects a holistic approach emphasising the unique and often complex needs of both the patient and their families.

The posts are subject to internal rotation. In order to fulfil the job role and learning requirements, and meet service needs, successful candidates will be required to work predominantly 12 hour shifts.
