An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic IT Trainer / Change Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of an IT Training service to the Trust.
The post holder will work with the East Sussex Health Care Trust staff to ensure that they receive a high standard of IT training required for them to fulfil their roles. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the training scripts and manuals required to train each relevant system. Knowledge of Oasis PAS is essential for this role.
They will ensure that the staff engage in effective change management processes that will derive benefits from clinical and non-clinical IT systems. The Trainer / Change Analyst will need to be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft packages and be able to train these courses to varying levels of Trust staff.
This will require effective engagement with staff at all levels to identify and facilitate changes required such as role and business process redesign. The post holder will develop Change management skills and support the IT Change / Training Manager to deliver Trust objectives.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
