Exciting opportunity to work in new purpose built primary care streaming facility, co-located to Emergency Department
General Practitioner with a specialist role in Urgent and Emergency care.
The integrated delivery of care will help to improve the management of all patients arriving for Urgent & Emergency Care. The emphasis is on early senior clinical input into the patient pathway.

What can we give you?
The post holder will work as part of an evolving and integrated multi-disciplinary team that will provide a rapid assessment and intervention service within a primary care stream adjacent to the Emergency Department.
The aim of this post is a primary care physician seeing patients attending with primary care needs and an admission avoidance function.
These posts are offered on a full-time basis; however the Trust welcomes discussion with individuals looking for a more flexible working pattern to support a different work-life balance. Fixed short term appointments will also be considered.
Applicants must have full registration with the GMC including a licence to practice.
