Conquest Hospital

 Newington Ward is a busy, Acute medical admissions unit for over 75 year old frail patients. We are a 28 bedded unit with a multi-disciplinary team working to assess, treat and discharge patients within 5-9days. We are looking for experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to complete our team, who will provide strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and support students and staff with clinical expertise.

 The successful applicant will be expected to function effectively under pressure without compromising basic standards of care and professionalism.

 You will need at least two years experience in an acute setting at Band 5, ENB 998(Mentorship level 3) or the equivalent, opportunities for further education will be always be available.
