We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator for the position of Anaesthetics Administration Support Officer.

The post is based at Conquest Hospital and the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with and supporting the Anaesthetic clinicians and trainees and the Anaesthetic Lead, to provide a high standard of secretarial and administrative support.

The successful applicant will be proficient in electronic rotas, IT and windows programs with the ability to learn and manage electronic patient records and other systems used by the department, to monitor sickness levels, mandatory training and our locum requesting service.

A high level of organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills are required for this position along with the ability to liaise across all levels of the multi disciplinary healthcare team.

An interest in working in the field of Anaesthetics and Surgery is desirable as is a keenness to learn and provide a very high level of service.
